Steps
- Pre heat oven to 350°F.
 - Coat a 13in.x9in. baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. (Or line with nonstick foil to easily remove and cut bars)
 - In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until smooth.
 - Add the chocolate, 2 cups sugar, vanilla, salt; mix well.
 - Add the flour, mix until combined. Add the eggs, mix until combined.
 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan.
 - In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ¼ cup sugar and egg. Beat until combined.
 - Pour over chocolate layer. Drop raspberry preserves by teaspoonfuls onto cream cheese layer.
 - Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.
 - Remove from oven and cool.
 - In a microwave safe bowl, combine the cream and chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minute, stir until smooth. Drizzle over brownies, if desired.
 - Garnish with raspberries and mint, if desired.
