 - 210 EachFresh Basil Leaves, Sliced
 - 34 EachPlum Tomatoes, Sliced
 - 42 SlicesMozzarella Cheese
 
Steps
- Preheat a panini press or waffle iron.
 - Brush one side of each bread slice with melted butter. Lay the bread out on a clean work surface, dry-side up.
 - Top bread slices with 2 tomato slices, top with basil and drizzle with olive oil.
 - Add the mozzarella cheese slices and the remaining bread slices.
 - Place sandwiches in the panini/waffle maker and gently close the lid. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are golden-brown, 6 to 10 minutes.
 - Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
 - If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
