Ingredients

    Sour Cream

    Black pepper

    1 Pounds
    American Cheese, Shredded

    2 tsp
    Salt

    1 Can
    Cream of Celery Soup
  6. 6
    1/4 Cup(s)
    Chives, Minced
  7. 7
    1 Bunch
    Green onions, Chopped
  8. 8
    1 Cup(s)
    Milk
  9. 9
    1/2 Pounds
    Smoked Bacon, Chopped
  10. 10
    1 bag
    Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

Steps

  1. Cook the bacon till crispy and cool. Then chop into bits.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together reserving 1 cup of the shredded American Cheese and 1 cup of the sour cream for garnish.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in a 350F degree oven for 1 hour.
  5. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let set for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish each serving with remaining shredded American cheese, sour cream, and the chives.
