Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - In a bowl, combine the mustard, balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the steak, refrigerator for 30 minutes.
 - On a sheet pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, toss the peppers and onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add the beef; bake for 15-18 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
 - Top with 8 slices of American cheese; bake an additional 3 minutes or until melted.
 - Serve in hoagie buns.
