Steps
- In a skillet, caramelize the onion in vegetable oil.
 - Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add the onion, bleu cheese and garlic.
 - Spread on burgers, return to grill to soften.
 - Top each bun bottom with lettuce, tomato, bacon, drizzle with balsamic glaze, top with burger and bun top.
