 - 21 lb(s)Chorizo Sausage Crumbles, Cooked
 - 31 Cup(s)Pico De Gallo, Garnish
 - 42 Cup(s)American Cheese Sauce
 - 51 1/2 Cup(s)Seasoned Tortilla Strips, Garnish
 - 61 1/2 lbsAmerican Cheese Loaf
 - 72 EachCorn, Charred and shucked
 - 82 Cup(s)Whole Milk
 - 91/2 tspTabasco
 - 101 cupCheddar Cheese, Shredded
 - 111 lb(s)Hatch Green Chilis, Roasted, peeled, diced
 
Steps
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
 - Cook over medium heat until all is melted smooth. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
 - Prep all of the ingredients prior to assembly.
 - Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
 - Place mixture into a 13”x9” cake pan.
 - Bake for 40 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
 - Garnish with the tortilla strips, and pico de gallo.
