Ingredients

    Flax seeds, Toasted

    1/2 Cup(s)
    Medjool dates, Pitted and diced
  3. 3
    1 QT
    Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  4. 4
    1 Tbsp(s)
    Chia seeds
  5. 5
    2 Tbsp(s)
    Honey
  6. 6
    1/2 Cup(s)
    Almond milk
  7. 7
    1/2 Cup(s)
    Bran cereal
  8. 8
    1/2 Cup(s)
    Slivered almonds, Toasted
  9. 9
    2 Tbsp(s)
    Sesame seeds, Toasted
  10. 10
    2 Tbsp(s)
    Candied ginger, Diced fine
  11. 11
    2 tsp
    Chinese five spice powder

    1/2 Cup(s)
    Dried mango, Julienne

Steps

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, and place into refrigerator for 8-12 hours for flavors to blend.
  4. Uncover, stir the mueslix, and serve in cereal bowls.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of honey.
