Steps
- In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment mix the cream cheese for 1 minute on low speed to soften.
 - Add the feta cheese, lemon zest, juice and garlic. Mix until combined.
 - Spread onto pita bread.
 - Sprinkle with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onion and mint.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
