Ingredients

 - 51 EachLarge tomato, Sliced
 - 61 Cup(s)Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
 - 71 1/4 lb.Ground beef
 - 81 Cup(s)Mayo

Steps
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal sized rounds.
 - Make 2 equal sized patties out of each round so you have 8 patties total.
 - Place 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese in the middle of 4 of the patties; top with remaining patties, working the ground beef around the edges to seal burgers closed.
 - Season each burger with salt and fresh ground pepper.
 - Grill until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
 - While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayo and pesto in a small bowl.
 - Build each burger on the buns with lettuce, tomato and a pesto mayo.
